Running Creek Barbeque Sauce

1/2 cup vinegar
56 ounces catsup
24 ounces chili sauce
2 stalks celery, finely diced
2 green peppers, diced
2 medium onions, diced
4 teaspoons chili powder
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon frank Louisiana hot sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons allspice
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 lb brown sugar
2 teaspoons paprika

Mix all ingredients and simmer all day or until onions and peppers are tender stirring frequently.

The longer the better.
