Transform your burgers from “everyday” to “gourmet” with our twist on the classic bacon cheeseburger. This burger gets its flavor boost from Jones Dry Aged Smoked Bacon.
1 pound Ground Beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Onion, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
4 buns Hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard, for topping
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
In bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion and salt and pepper. Mix together lightly.
Form mixture into 8 portions. Flatten each portion into thin patty.
Divide the bacon and shredded cheddar into 4 portions. Place 1 portion on each of 4 of the patties.
Place remaining other 4 patties over the top. Pinch edges to seal, forming 4 patties.
Grill patties until they reach desired doneness, 4-8 minutes per side.
Place patties on hamburger buns and top with desired toppings.
