Artichoke and Charcuterie Dip

The cured meat craze meets creamy deliciousness. Serve this distinctively delicious Roth® Natural Melt™ cheese dip with garlic crostini, pita chips and fresh veggies.



1 1/2 cups Natural Melt™ Creamy Fontina, shredded

1/4 cup Cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup Artichoke hearts, canned, quartered

1 Tbsp. Sun-dried tomatoes, thinly julienned

2 Tbsp. Scallions, chopped

1/2 cup Cured meats (e.g. prosciutto, soppressata, capicola), thinly julienned

To taste Salt

To taste Black Pepper



Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.



Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until fully incorporated.



Place mixture into an 8” x 8” baking dish and bake until cheese is melted, approximately 6-8 minutes. Serve with garlic crostini, pita chips or fresh vegetables.



Yield: 2 1/2 cups
