OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce 2 cups
apple cider- 1 cup
pumpkin pie spice- 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp.
Roasted turkey breasts 6 lb.
COMBINE barbecue sauce, apple cider and spice.
FOR each serving: Place 6 oz. turkey in half sheet pan. Brush with 3 Tbsp. sauce. Bake in 400ºF standard oven until heated through. Cut into 3 slices. Arrange on plate.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a frisee and parsley salad lightly dressed with lemon juice.
