Butter-Roasted Carrots

Butter-roasted carrots is an easy three-ingredient side dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights.

2 cups (2-inch) diagonally cut carrot
1 tablespoon butter melted
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 425°.

Combine first 5 ingredients on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
