Striped Bass Parmesan

This is a quick and easy recipe for the bass lover. With Parmesan cheese, onions, and more this bass entree is a must try.

2 lbs. striped bass fillets
1 cup non-fat sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Paprika
Parsley sprigs

Cut fillets into serving-size portions; arrange in a single layer in a non-stick, spray-treated baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley; spread over fish.

Sprinkle fish lightly with paprika.

Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish is flaky and no longer translucent in the center.

Garnish with parsley sprigs.

Serves 6.
