20 peanut butter sandwich cookies, finely crushed (about 2 cups)
3 tablespoon butter, melted
1 1/4 cups salted dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
1 cup (6-ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup flaked coconut
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C).
Combine cookie crumbs and butter in small bowl; press into bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Layer peanuts, chocolate chips and coconut over crumb mixture. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over layered mixture.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until coconut is golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
Makes 2 dozen bars.
