3 (6-ounce) packages white chocolate chips
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup chopped roasted peanuts
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 (6-ounce) package peanut butter flavored chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Line a 9-inch square pan with lightly buttered waxed paper or aluminum foil. Set aside.
Melt white chocolate in double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Stir in cereal, peanuts and coconut. Gently stir until peanut butter flavored chips until they are partially melted.
Turn mixture into prepared pan. Let cool completely; cut into 1-inch squares. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
Makes about 3 dozen candies.
