Orange Sauce

1 (6-ounce) can frozen concentrated orange juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup raisins
1/8 teaspoon salt

In a saucepan combine frozen concentrated orange juice (undiluted), sugar, cold water, cornstarch, raisins, and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Serve warm over meat. Suitable for desserts too.

Excellent on ham, pork roast, or beef roast.

Makes about 3 cups.
