Orange Garlic Roast Potatoes

2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon orange zest; grated
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 medium red potatoes; cut in wedges; boiled for 10 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

Preheat oven to 220 C / 425 F / Gas 7. Mix the first 5 ingredients, add the potatoes and toss well. Transfer to a baking sheet. Bake until crisp and brown, turning once, for about 40 minutes.
