Low Fat Fluffy Orange Butter

1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
1-1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

In a small mixing bowl beat margarine or butter with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds. Then, beat in the powdered sugar. Gradually beat in the thawed orange juice concentrate. Serve at once or cover and chill to store.

Makes 1-1/2 cups.
