250g/8 oz dark/semisweet chocolate
2 eggs
600ml/20 fl oz cream
Break up chocolate and place in a blender. Add eggs and blend until all chopped up. Heat cream until just boiling. With blender running, pour in cream in a steady stream. Blend well and pour into eight serving glasses. Chill several hours or overnight and serve with a dollop of whipped cream. This is very rich and wicked!
