1 oz. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
2 slices French loaf
0.5 oz. Dijon mustard
2 oz. Black Forest Ham
1 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated
2 fl. oz. Mornay sauce, prepared
Spread one side of a slice of bread with mustard, and top with ham, grated cheese, and a second slice of bread.
Spread mayonnaise on both of the outer slices of bread and place the sandwich on a hot griddle to brown.
To serve, spoon hot Mornay sauce over the sandwich. Serve immediately.
