Good quality ketchup – Heinz is my favorite.
Horseradish – the kind you find in small bottles
Lemon juice
I take about a half-cup of the ketchup, add a tablespoon of the horseradish and a good squirt of the lemon, mix it all up and let is sit for maybe 30 minutes or so.
All of the above is just a matter of taste. Horseradish can be really hot sometimes and a tablespoon might be too much for some. Start with a teaspoon and add to taste.
