Baked Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

3 cups cranberrries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1-1/2 cups sugar

Spread cranberries in bottom of 8″ square cake pan; sprinkle with lemon juice, rind and sugar. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 30 -40 minutes. Gently stir every 15 min., scraping sugar from sides and bottom of pan to make sure it dissolves.
