This had a great flavor. I marinaded it for a few hours then broiled it at 500 degrees for 20 minutes. Excellent!
1 lb tofu, firm; cut 1/2″ slices
3 tb lemon juice; fresh, strained
1 tb Balsamic vinegar
2 tb Shoyu
1/2 ts fresh rosemary; Minced
1 tb Olive oil; plus
1 ts olive oil
1 pn white pepper; freshly-ground
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tofu in a baking dish and pour over marinade. Bake 30 minutes or until browned and marinade has been absorbed.
