White Bean Salad with Thyme

serves 4

Delicious, when paired with Bella Sera® Delle Venezie Chardonnay

5 strips Bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 Cup Watercress
1/4 teaspoon Thyme leaves
1 19 ounce can, cannellini beans
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons Olive oil

Salt and freshly ground pepper

Whisk together juice, olive oil and thyme.

Combine in a large bowl with bacon, watercress and cannellini beans.

Toss gently, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve
