375 ml fresh strawberries, rinsed, stemmed & sliced 1 1/2 cup
375 ml fresh blueberries, rinsed & stemmed 1 1/2 cup
175 ml fresh raspberries, rinsed & stemmed 3/4 cup
175 ml fresh blackberries, rinsed & stemmed 3/4 cup
1 L baby spinach, washed & stemmed 4 cup
1 large cucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded & sliced
In a medium bowl; combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
In a large bowl; combine spinach and cucumber.
On individual salad plates; arrange spinach and cucumber mixture. Top with a large spoonful of berry mixture.
