Vanilla Walnut Coffee Cake for ABM

1 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup honey
2-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
2-1/4 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Scald the milk. Stir in the butter and honey and let cool to room temperature. Add the milk mixture and all remaining ingredients except the brown sugar and walnuts in the order suggested by your manual. Process on raisin bread cycle. Add the brown sugar and walnuts at the beeper. Eat warm or cool.
