3 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 cup pecans
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 325*F.
In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, light corn syrup, salt, flour, vanilla, and melted butter. Beat until smooth, then stir in pecans.
Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake for 1 hour.
