Sweet Sour Sauce (Duck Sauce) for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (3-1/2 Quart)
Portions: 2 Tablespoons Each

3 quart (8 lb or 4-2 lb jar) jam, peach
1-1/2 cups vinegar
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)

Combine all ingredients and blend well.

NOTE:
Serve with egg rolls.
