Sweet and Sour Citrus Bread for ABM

1-3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons wheat germ
3 tablespoons wheat bran
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons orange peel, grated
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3/4 cups sourdough starter
3/4 cup water, warm
