Delicious, when paired with Bella Sera® Di Toscana Sangiovese
1 package Italian sausage, fully cooked, 1/4″ slices
1 medium sweet bell pepper, diced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup Bella Sera Sangiovese
1 jar (16 ounce) Alfredo sauce
1 pound penne pasta, cooked and drained
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded parmesan cheese
In a large skillet, sauté sausage, pepper, mushrooms, and garlic.
Add wine, continue to cook until 1/2 of the liquid is evaporated.
Stir-in sauce, pasta and cheese until blended.
Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
