makes approx 2 qts.
1 quarts apple cider
3/4 to 1 cup LemonJuice
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
8 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
optional:
additional cinnamon sticks for garnish
In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except garnish; bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 10 minutes to blend flavors. Remove spices; serve hot with cinnamon stocks and sliced apples if desired.
TIP:
Can be served cold.
