Soy Pizza Burgers (Vegetarian)

2-1/2 cups cooked soybeans, well drained
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oats
1 clove garlic chopped
1/2 tablespoon oregano
1/2 tablespoon basil
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped

Mix all the ingredients to make a stiff dough. Roll into small ball and then flatten to make a patty. Fry in a skillet with oil or bake in the oven on a greased cookie sheet. Put a little pizza sauce on top of each burger. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, and all your favorite fixings.
