Sour Cream Burgers (Microwave)

1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
4 teaspoons dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound ground beef
2 hamburger buns
1 tomato, sliced

In a bowl, stir together sour cream, sliced green onions, dry bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape into two 3/4-inch thick patties and place in a small baking dish. Loosely cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes.

Turn the patties over, rotate the baking dish a half turn, and microwave high for 2 to 3 minutes more, or until the meat is done. Drain. Serve on hamburger buns with sliced tomato.

Makes 2 servings.
