2 tablespoons each: sesame oil and seasoned rice wine vinegar
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon each: crushed red pepper and grated orange zest
4 tablespoons each, finely diced: water chestnuts, red bell pepper, carrot, celery and chopped cilantro
2 small green onions, minced
Mix oil, vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, red pepper, zest, water chestnuts, bell pepper, carrot, celery, cilantro and green onions.
