3-1/2 cups uncooked Rice
1-1/2 quarts whipped topping
1/2 cup sugar
1 quart mayonnaise
1 quart celery, sliced
5 large red apples, cored and coarsely chopped
1-1/2 cups raisins
1-1/2 cups walnuts, chopped coarsely
Prepare rice according to package directions; cool. Fold whipped topping and sugar into mayonnaise. Fold topping mixture, celery, apples, raisins and walnuts into chilled rice. Serve on bed of lettuce and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
