Rice & Broccoli Casserole

50 ml margarine 1/4 cup
50 ml onions, chopped 1/4 cup
500 ml broccoli, cut into small pieces 2 cup
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1/2 can water
375 ml minute rice 1 1/2 cup
125 ml cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 cup

Saute onions and broccoli in margarine for 5 to 10 minutes. Grease casserole dish, add soup, milk and water; stir together. Add onion and broccoli mixture. Add minute rice, stir together. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake in a preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for about 1 hour.
