Zucchini Cutlets

125 ml carrots, grated 1/2 cup
125 ml onion, chopped 1/2 cup
125 ml green pepper, chopped 1/2 cup
750 ml zucchini, grated 3 cup
500 ml cracker or bread crumbs, fine 2 cup
50 ml flour, white 1/4 cup
5 ml baking powder 1 tsp
salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs
5 ml basil 1 tsp

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Oil grill or frying pan; drop mixture by tablespoonfuls into the pan and slightly flatten. Fry both sides till golden. Serve warm with sour cream.
