2 cups pasta nuggets
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 zucchini, sliced
2 yellow squash, sliced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup spoonable ranch dressing
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a bowl combine the pasta, chopped turkey, sliced zucchini, sliced yellow squash, chopped green bell pepper, chopped red bell pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss with ranch dressing. Chill.
Makes 4 servings.
