Quick Celery Seafood Chowder

2 cans cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of asparagus soup
500 ml milk 2 cup
2 cans small shrimp, rinsed & drained
2 cans crabmeat or lobster, rinsed & drained
25 ml butter 2 tbsp
50 ml red pepper, chopped 1/4 cup
500 ml celery, chopped 2 cup
125 ml onion, chopped 1/2 cup
125 ml green onion, chopped 1/2 cup

In large pot; combine soups, milk, shrimp, and crabmeat. In fry pan, saute vegetables in butter until tender-crisp. Add to soup mixture and mix all ingredients together. Heat slowly. Do not let mixture boil.
