15 ml oil
2 ml chili powder
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 red cabbage, shredded
2 leeks, thinly sliced
1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
125 ml pork tenderloin, cut into small chunks
favourite pasta such as fettuccine
In a large skillet; heat oil over medium heat. Add chili powder, garlic and red cabbage. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in leeks, pepper, carrot and zucchini. Add pork increasing heat. Stir-fry for 5 minutes or until pork is well cooked. Serve over pasta.
