Pecan Rice Stuffing (Vegetarian)

1 large onion minced
3 green onions minced
3 stalks celery minced
1 large green pepper minced
1/3 cup oil
2 cups pecans, chopped
2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
4 cups cooked rice

Saute the onions, celery and bell pepper in the oil for 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients except the rice and simmer for another 15 minutes. Stir in the rice and cook on low for 10 minutes, stirring often.
