
At 300 ml jar:
3 pc. orange
300 ml water
300 g sugar
50 ml lemon juice
Oranges wash and rinse with boiling water, to wash away a layer of preservative from the surface. Cut lengthwise into 4 parts, each part has two. Pulp is removed, then cut each slice in half the rind still, in the end are rather thin strips.
Pinstripes peel put in a bowl and pour the water completely. Soak 3 days, changing the water regularly (about 4-5 times a day).
Then with a knife to remove strips of each of the albedo (white part of the inside of the peel). Close each strip into the spiral and spread on a thread as a necklace. There is an option not to delete the albedo, if Orange Thick-Skinned. In this case the spiral turn to the soaking water and pour ready-made beads.
After soaking the zest, boil 3-4 times for 15-20 minutes, each time pouring the water. After each of the beads provarivaniya peel rinse with cold water.
In a wide saucepan, boil the syrup from the water and sugar, put in a prepared beads, bring to a boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes, then turn off and allow to cool.
Repeat the process again , but after boiling add lemon juice.
Once the jam has cooled, remove the beads and thread udat. Pour into a jar and store in refrigerator.
