2 beaten egg yolks
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon dry mustard
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
1 tablespoon horsereadish
salt and pepper
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
Combine sugar and dry mustard. Add egg yolks, water and vinegar. Cook until thick. Add oil, horseradish, salt and pepper. Cool, then fold in whipping cream.
