Mustard Herb Sauce

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped, mixed fresh herbs, including: dill, parsley, chives, and basil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Mix mustard and vinegars together. Slowly whisk in the oil. Add herbs.

Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
