Hot Mustard Sauce

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ketchup
1/4 teaspoon horseradish
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon hot dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper

In a small bowl using a wire whisk, beat the ingredients together. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
