4 minute steaks; tenderized
2 teaspoons lemon juice
25 g butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 small onion; grated
2 teaspoons fresh parsley; chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
cherry tomatoes; sliced, to garnish
Yield: 4 servings
Brush the surfaces of the steaks with lemon juice. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through (do not attempt to cook them rare). Transfer to warm serving plates. Keep them warm. Add the onion, parsley and Worcestershire sauce to the pan juices. Cook gently for 1 minute then spoon over the steaks. Garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes and serve.
