Use only one bowl to make this rich and creamy fudge!
1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon rum flavoring
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine, sliced
1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
Line an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
In a large microwave-proof bowl, combine powdered sugar, cocoa and salt. Stir in milk, vanilla and rum flavoring; mix well. Place butter slices on top. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Beat until smooth, then stir in nuts.
Spread in prepared pan; refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour, before cutting.
Makes 16 pieces.
