Mix
13 lbs hamburger (browned)
2 quarts tomato purée
1 lb chopped onions
1/2 lb suet
2 ounces unsweetened cooking chocolate
3 ounces salt
3 ounces chili powder
4 ounces ground cuminseed
Water to make 12-1/2 quarts volume
6 ounces flour made into a paste
Simmer for 3 hours. Add 6 ounces flour made into a paste and continue cooking until flour is done.
