Meatloaf for 120

40 lb. ground beef
16 eggs, lightly beaten
8 cups old-fashioned oats
5 cups tomato juice
3 large onions, chopped
1/3 cups salt
2 tablespoon pepper

Sauce:
3 cups water
1-1/2 cups ketchup
6 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoon brown sugar.

Combine loaf ingredients and shape into 16 loaves. Place into loaf pans. Combine sauce ingredients and pour 3 tablespoon over each loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 -2 hrs. until meat is thoroughly cooked with no pink showing. Baste once while cooking with remaining sauce.
