Low Fat Frosty Strawberry Yogurt Cupcakes

8-oz. carton (1 cup) plain low-fat yogurt
10-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 cup apple sauce

Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Freeze until firm, about 2 to 3 hours. To serve, remove baking cups.

Makes 12 cupcakes.
