1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
1/3 cup canned pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1 medium tangerine, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoon nonfat sour cream alternative
1-1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
2 teaspoon flaked coconut, toasted
Combine first 3 ingredients; spoon mixture evenly into 2 serving dishes. Combine sour cream, sugar, and orange juice concentrate; spoon mixture evenly over fruit. Sprinkle with coconut.
