1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
In saucepan, combine cocoa and sugar. Whisk in water and corn syrup. Bring to a full boil over medium-high heat. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Let cool.
Makes about 1 cup.
NOTE:
Can be drizzled over ice cream, frozen yogurt or crepes.
