Low Fat Apple Sauce ‘n Yogurt Sundae

23-oz. jar chunky apple sauce (unsweetened)
2 cups cut-up fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, pineapple,
apples, pear or any combination).
8-oz. carton (1 cup) low-fat plain yogurt
Cinnamon
Toasted coconut, granola.

Place 1/2 cup of apple sauce in each of 4 individual dessert dishes. Top each with 1/2 cup fruit and 1/4 cup yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon, granola and coconut.

Makes 4 servings.
