one pound loaf
3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
4 teaspoons sesame oil
2-1/4 cups bread flour
4 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons nonfat dry milk
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Bake on normal setting.
Great for eating hot with butter or as the start of a great sandwich.
