1 lb. halibut filet
1 stick butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbl worcestershire
2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 bay leaf
Salsa:
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 small jalapeño pepper, diced
2 Tbl balsamic vinegar
Fresh basil leaves to taste, 8-10
1 Tbl olive oil
Combine basting ingredients over low heat until bay leaf aroma permeates. Grill halibut until it flakes, basting. Serve with salsa on the side.
