1 bunch scallions (green onions), including green part, chopped fine
2 large onions, chopped fine
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight so that the flavors can blend together and ripen.
Makes about 2 cups.
