1 lb. round steak
3 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 ounce can sliced mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 ounce sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
Cut steak in thin strips; brown slowly in 3 tablespoons oil. Add 1/2 cup chopped onion, 3 ounce can of mushrooms, 1/4 teaspoon pepper; cook until tender. Add the mushroom soup and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add sour cream. Mix in good. Serve over cooked noodles.
